The book, although a new gamebook published for the first time, by Wizard, was written like an old gamebook's typical dungeon trawl Deathtrap Dungeon for example. There are only three major scenes in the book, and the plot doesn't even begin until a hundred pages in. It is a nice touch for a pleasant story.
